Pilates is an exercise program that is focused on achieving optimal strength, improving/enhancing posture, flexibility, and performance. The aim is to achieve a stable base through strengthening the core, thus optimising function and movement of the spine, upper limbs, and the lower limbs. In doing this, it can help reduce the recurrence of back and neck pain.
